Excursion to Angel Falls, the world's highest waterfalls
3 days / 2 nights


DAY 1

Flight to Canaima; leisurely sail in an Indian dugout canoe in the lagoon of Canaima, observing the waterfalls Ucaima, Golondrinas, Waidama and Hacha;

Arrival to our campsite on Anatoly Island. Lunch and excursion to the waterfalls Sapo and Sapito, walk in the jungle and savanna. The more intrepid can venture below the Sapo waterfall. Dinner and walk on the beach in front of Hacha waterfalls. Night in hammocks and mosquito nets.


DAY 2

After breakfast, we sail upriver the Carrao River in an Indian motorized dugout canoe we have to diembark the boats and walk about 30 minutes at the Mayupa rapids, we approach the Auyantepuy and then enter the Churún river. We will soon have our first glimpse of Angel Falls, the world's highest waterfall. Once at our campsite at Raton Island, it is a 40 minutes walk among roots up to the base of Angel Falls, full viw of Angel Falls from the Laime viewpoint.

Lunch at Island of Orquids and dinner at our campsite on Raton Island , night in hammocks and mosquito nets at Raton Island.


DAY 3

Breakfast at Raton Island and we board again our curiaras for our return to Canaima and departure from the airport.


Prices

The following prices have been calculated for a departure from Ciudad Bolívar.

These prices include:

Airfare, excursion, all meals from lunch the first day to breakfast the third day, bilingual guide.

If you are coming from Sta-Elena de Uairén (Gran Sabana) or want to fly to Sta-Elena after the trip, add for the difference in the flight prices (ow).

If you are coming from Caracas, Avior has a direct flight 3 times a week (Wed, Fri and Dom) ask us.

Do not include:

Entrance fee to Canaima National Park, Airport taxes.
